MSH-IR5090 infrared welder is a welding
machine designed by MP Sonic specially for cylinder-shaped compressed hydrogen
storage tanks in size max to Φ500 * H900 (mm). Machine applies infrared control power supply
circuit to control the heating for plastic melting. Servo systems are applied
to control the machine motion and force welding for precision welding
operation.
Because H2 requests storage in
high pressure in tank, it requests welding in high strength, leakproof and
stability, ensuring the reliability of hydrogen storage in safety. The machine
is designed in construction and function fitting for the challenge welding requirement
of hydrogen storage tank.
It designed with RPT system to gain reliable welding result. REM
systems is equipped to machine to ensure the even infrared melting. Machine is
equipped with IOS system for the high requirement of production management and
equipment management.
MSH-IR5090 also can be applied to weld others products in similar specification, especially for storage tank’s production.
