MPS-T00K-F series machine is designed to injection liquid into balancer though the hole and then seal the hole with plastic plug by welding. Water filling can be volume controlled to ensure balancer weight in precision. The welding to plug can be finished by ultrasonic or spin friction.

Machine is designed in safety standard according to ISO 12100 & ISO 13849-1, CAT.3/4

After liquid injecting, the filling hole on balancer need to be sealed with a plug. The sealing method can be through spin welding or ultrasonic welding:

1. Spin welding: applies servo motor to case friction between plug and balancer at the sealing area with high-speed rotation under pressure;
2. Ultrasonic welding: applies ultrasonic system to case friction between plug and balancer at the sealing area with oscillation in high frequency under pressure.

Optional: automatic plug feeder system can be equipped with machine to load plugs, saving labor operation and increasing production efficiency.
