Ultrasonic Welder ZB-E1542

ZB-E1542 is an economical-series ultrasonic welder with high power output. It features an IGBT ultrasonic system operating at 15 kHz and 4200 W with a anti-resonance design. The machine uses a pneumatic cylinder to apply ultrasonic welding force. Welding control modes include time mode, energy mode, and external trigger mode. During welding, the process can be controlled in two steps with a set amplitude for each step.

A motor adjusts the machine head height. A strong square column and dovetail guideway ensure high precision and stability. The ZB-E1542 can be used to join parts with large geometric sizes and standard operational control requirements.
