Automotive Lighting Vibration Welding Machine

        MSV-800LS Series vibration welding machine is designed for automotive tail lamp welding the most. Machine specification covers almost the automotive lighting measurement, which is especially an ideal option for full-width rear lamp.

As an option, machine can be equipped with IR system to realize hybrid welding by which it can achieve challenging welding and clean welding.

Machine upper fixture weight is max.100kg.  Besides automotive lighting, machine also can be applied to weld products in large size, such as spoiler, washer drum, center console, etc.
