Ultrasonic welding machine applies rotary table index for different operation station for semi-automatic operation. Machine rotation indexing system applies servo motor system & splicer for accuracy and high motion speed. Ultrasonic system specification is customized according requirement.
Machine applies pneumatic claw with cylinder or vacuum to unload welded parts, optical sensor is applied the presence of parts at station to avoid ultrasonic welding action without zero parts presence.
Machine can be applied for welding, staking and punching to plastic material.
