MSP-JS2032-F is a ultrasonic welding machine developed for the welding to FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit). Machine ultrasonic in 20KHz 3200W is PLL designed for stable performance. Two welding station is designed for operation between which welding head moves indexed by servo system.

The challenge of FPC is its tiny thickness to be welded, which is easy damaged if welding even if little welding over on one hand while on the other hand the welding will be easily loose if welding is not enough, requests high precision control in ultrasonic output.
