Ultrasonic technique applied a converter system to convert electrical energy in 50/60Hz into oscillation energy in ultrasonic sound frequency (normally 15KHz~70KHz), during which an ultrasonic generator converts supplied voltage in 50/60KHz into high voltage in ultra-frequency as 15~70KHz and supplied to ultrasonic transducer by which convers electrical energy onto mechanical oscillation in the same frequency, and then the oscillation energy transfer to ultrasonic tooling working on plastic parts. Handheld ultrasonic welder also is called as portable ultrasonic welder, which normally applied for spot welding, plastic stating or cutting by manual human operation.
